- Guests are responsible for any accidents or injuries occurring inside the villa, pool, or garden areas.
7. Service Changes or Cancellations

- Bad weather
- Safety risks
- Road closures
- Natural disasters
- Supplier-related issues
Alternative dates or equivalent services will be provided if necessary.
8. Villa and Guest Behavior
- Villas may only be used by registered guests.
- Additional guests must be notified in advance.
- Loud parties or disruptive behavior is not allowed.
- Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or items.
- Pets are strictly not allowed.
9. Damages and Additional Cleaning Fees
- Guests may be charged for repairs or replacement if they damage the villa or items.
- Additional cleaning fees apply for excessive dirt, misuse, or situations requiring extra cleaning.
10. Flexible Check-In and Check-Out
- Guests can check-in and check-out at any time.
- No fixed check-in/check-out times are enforced.
- Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance for early check-in or late check-out to ensure proper cleaning and preparation.
11. Force Majeure
BaligoTravel is not responsible for disruptions or cancellations caused by:
- Natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, storms
- War, terrorism, riots, government actions
- Power or water outages
- Transportation issues
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Unexpected supplier-related problems
No refunds will be provided; alternative solutions or dates may be offered.
